You will learn basic postures while discovering your breath and how to use it.
is for advanced beginners and intermediate level students. This class moves faster and goes into more advanced asanas.
on Sat. is for all levels except your very first time. This class is longer and will usually carry a theme to help you better your journey as you explore the asanas more in depth.
is a great beginning Iyengar Yoga class. Learn the basics of Yoga in this inspiring class. With the creative use of props and attention to detail in the poses, this is a safe and fun way to learn yoga, whatever your limitations.
– For anyone with special needs, injuries, or people who have never done yoga and want to see if it could benefit them. We offer private classes with Paula, or Tracy. Privates are only $40.00 a session. Sessions last from 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
