Welcome to Inner Mountain Yoga! It is a new time in the Universe and a new year. Exciting changes have taken place here. We now have two studios!
319 6th Ave, Ouray & 565 Sherman St, Unit 1B, Ridgway.
We are in a transition period now. Please bear with us as we get our website fixed and new systems in place.
But rest assured when entering either of our studios. You will still receive quality yoga from our highly qualified teachers in a non-competitive environment. Just bring yourself, a positive attitude, and an open heart.
Props and towels are provided if needed at both locations. Mats are for rent of $1 in Ridgway and by donation for the month of Jan in Ouray.
